FSL Course practical
FSL is a software package used for analysing MRI-based neuroimaging data. It is widely used around the world and covers analysis of structural, diffusion, task-based and resting-state fMRI data. This intensive 5-day course covers both the theory and practice of functional and structural brain image analysis and is aimed to teach researchers from a wide variety of backgrounds how to use FSL to analyse such data.
