Study updates
Updates from WIN research studies are added here so that prior participants can stay updated on study progress.
Progress update on ""Using Non-invasive Brain Stimulation (tDCS) to Study Cortico-cerebellar Networks in Speech Production" [February 2025]
We have completed the data collection with 90 participants in total. We have also completed the data analysis and writing and will submit our manuscript for a journal soon. We have also submitted an abstract for poster presentation at BNA 2025 Festival this year at Liverpool. Please get in touch with me (qiming.yuan@psy.ox.ac.uk) if you are interested in discussing your participation and results of this study.
SeRCLES Study Progress Update [February 2025]
We have been actively recruiting participants for the SeRCLES study and have successfully collected complete data — including EEG and behavioural data for all three sessions — from two participants. Additionally, four eligible participants have been enrolled and are scheduled to take part in the study over the coming months. While we encountered minor technical difficulties and one instance where a participant was unable to sleep during their first session, the study has otherwise been progressing smoothly.
WIN researchers, please contact Hanna Smyth to submit a study update for posting here.
