Camille Lasbareilles

Postdoctoral Neuroscientist

Camille completed her D.Phil. in Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Oxford in 2025 (advised by Professor Charlotte Stagg at the Oxford Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging). During Camille’s D.Phil. she investigated the effects of entraining motor cortical theta-gamma oscillations on healthy human motor neurophysiology and behaviour using tACS, TMS, and 7 T MRI.
Key Research Areas

Currently, Camille is working as a postdoctoral neuroscientist in the Oswal Group looking at the effects of Transcranial Ultrasound Stimulation (TUS) of cholinergic systems on symptoms of dementia in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Specifically, she is using functional MRI and MR spectroscopy before and after TUS to capture TUS-related functional connectivity and neurochemical changes.
