EDI Ambassadors

Applications for the 2026 OxCIN EDI Ambassador Programme are now OPEN until November 30th.

Are you passionate about creating a space where everyone feels valued and supported? The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Ambassador Programme invites you to play a leading role in shaping an inclusive research community at OxCIN!

As an EDI Ambassador, you’ll get to design and lead your own project focused on promoting positive change in the workplace. Your ideas could champion neurodiversity, support colleagues with caring responsibilities, or drive racial and ethnic equality—the possibilities are wide open! You’ll receive mentorship and resources from the OxCIN EDI Committee to help bring your ideas to life.

The programme is open to all OxCIN staff, students, and researchers at any career stage —no prior EDI experience required. You can also read about the previous cohort of EDI ambassadors.
