WIN is committed to achieving positive culture change in academic research. We are developing a long-term strategic plan to promote equality and diversity within WIN and the broader academic environment. 

In 2019-20, we are focusing on the LGBTI+ community. We are creating a toolkit, providing information and resources on LGBTI+ issues in the academic workplace.

In 2020-21, we will focus on culture change related to wellness and mental health in academia.
