I am a dPhil student working on MRI harmonisation using as part of the analysis group at FMRIB. My work aims to minimise unwanted site and scanner related effects arising in MRI data in order to allow for more reproducible and reliable data.
I completed my integrated masters degree (MSci) at the University of Nottingham in 2024, writing my undergraduate thesis on the simulation of magnetic susceptibility maps using structural MRI data in 2023 and my masters thesis on estimating errors due to small residual magnetic fields in triaxial OPM-MEG sensors.
