I am a DPhil student working Prof. Peter Jezzard and Dr. William T. Clarke in the magnetic resonance physics groups at WIN. My work focusses on the development of parallel transmission. Parallel transmission is a method that could mitigate transmit (B1+) field inhomogeneity at ultra-high field (> 7 T).
Prior to joining the physics group at WIN, I obtained my undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at Texas A&M University with a minor in mathematics. I have also worked as a research intern at University Hospital Lausanne (CHUV), Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and Tsinghua University.
I am a member of the University College MCR football team, and also the organiser of the weekly WIN 6-a-side football matches.
