Computational Models of Brain Activity

Research focus:

I work with biophysical network models of whole-brain activity. I develop methods to:

  • parametrise such models sensibly, using diffusion MRI data to "wire" different brain regions together, 
  • simulate these models efficiently with finely tuned computer programs,
  • fit these complex models reliably to empirical measurements from MEG (and possibly fMRI).

I am part of the OHBA Analysis Group and the FMRIB Analysis Group.
