Public Engagement
We engage with primary school, secondary school, museum-going and patient audiences. See some examples below.
Big Brain Roadshow
The Big Brain Roadshow combines drama and hands-on activities to give young people an introduction to the history of brain imaging from the 1800s to the present day and an outline of the ways in which current research is building our understanding of the brain.
Neuroscience Experience
Our five-day programme of activities is for Year 12 students based in Oxfordshire who are interested in brain research and are planning to go to university.
Window on the Brain
Take a look at some of the things we did at our launch event, which we held in Oxford's Museum of Natural History.
Big Brain Competition
For Brain Awareness Week 2018, we got together with Oxford Sparks to present an immersive experience of some of Oxford's brain research.
