Dr Jennifer Wild, Visiting Professor, Department of Experimental Psychology, will discuss how certain people overcome enormous stress and anxiety, while others struggle. She will present seven key tools that can help us manage stress and anxiety in our own lives and examine the science of why they work.

The EDI seminar is aligned to this year’s mental health awareness week (last week) which centred around the theme of anxiety. The meeting will be hybrid, both in the Cowey Room and on Teams, with Dr Wild joining online.
