The aim of GLOW is to celebrate and support WIN women trained in engineering and physics, who are still disproportionally underrepresented in their field. Slack #glow

Glow logo 16x9

GLOW hosts a variety of events, including closed gatherings that aim to provide a safe atmosphere for women to share personal experiences, and open discussions where allies are warmly welcome. Meetings often feature external invited guests to discuss specific topics of interest. We collaborate with WIN's other member networks to discuss intersectional issues.

The network is for all cis and trans women, as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centres on the experiences of women. We welcome physicists & engineers from across all WIN groups and host departments.

Organisers: Cristiana Tisca and Clemence Ligneul

How to join: We communicate via the slack channel #glow on the WIN Community slack workspace.
