IT bills are billed in arrears, scan bills are charged one week after the end of the month.

Your IT bills are charged in arrears so if you open an account in November your first bill for that account will show in December. Please remember this when cancelling/closing an account. Typically, IT charges will be processed within the first two weeks of the month. Scan bills will only be processed within the first two weeks after receiving an automated email.
