WIN Access - Disability, chronic illness & neurodiversity

WIN AccessDisability, chronic illness & neurodiversity

We welcome people affected by disability, chronic illness & neurodiversity, either directly or indirectly, as well as people who want to learn more. Our primary aims are to provide peer support for our members, promote understanding of the issues they face, and advocate on their behalf to WIN leadership.

WIN Access has undertaken initiatives including:

  • Spearheading a national campaign with NADSN to raise awareness about immune system disorders in the workplace.
  • Organising seminars on topics including dyslexia, chronic illness, and systemic barriers relating to access & inclusion in academia.
  • Establishing a mechanism for needs and opportunities to be communicated to WIN leadership.

As a network, WIN Access is constantly evolving based on member feedback and engagement.
