OxCIN / BRC Brain Technologies Seed Awards 2025/26

OxCIN, in partnership with the Brain Technologies theme of the NIHR Oxford Health BRC, would like to announce the 2025 Call for Applications for Seed Grants. Funding of up to £16,000 in scan and research costs is available to support new research projects.

Projects must fall within the remit of the NIHR Oxford Health BRC Brain Technologies theme, which is to develop brain technology for translation to the clinic. To be within remit, projects need to have clear and direct relevance to clinical application. Preclinical costs are not eligible. Applications are particularly encouraged in (but not exclusive to) the specific priority areas central to the Brain Technologies theme: brain stimulation, OPMs, traumatic brain injury and neuroradiology reporting tools. 

Please note that all projects will need to be completed by the end of October 2026.
