A typical users Accounts Page.
As a non-PI a user can view their account details here but, changes are not self-service and require PI level access to make changes. This user's PI might see the following.
Clicking on "Close Account" will open a further dialog where they can confirm the closure and request archival of the users home/scratch directories as appropriate.
Clicking on "Change" opens another page where modifications to the account type and/or charging details can be requested.
In all cases such requests are communicated to the IT team for actioning and a PI should expect an emailed response to confirm that the request has been completed.
