Meeting facilities in the Goulding Room

Information about the Goulding meeting room

The Goulding meeting room is reserved for the use of the Centre Operations teams leads (residents of the adjacent office). Use by others should be approved by one of these people.

The room contains a round table and has floor box based ethernet and power points.

The screen can be used by connecting to the in room Microsoft Teams device (see Teams Rooms).

Where you are unable to use Teams, for example because you are taking part in an externally organised Zoom meeting then there is a HDMI cable coiled up behind the pillar and a USB-A cable coiled up next to the screen to allow for using the webcam/sound bar in Device Mode.

Please take care to ensure that any power or data cables are not trapped by the floor box lids so damaging the cables - the lid contains pop-up flaps.
