Yes

WIN has specific guidance on authorship and acknowledgement of all individuals involved in your research as well as how to acknowledge core funding from Wellcome or the NIHR.

All human studies will have benefitted in some way from the WIN Centre funding and the Oxford Health BRC funding, even if not directly. This includes projects that:

  • Worked on any human data, regardless of data acquisition location. This includes, but is not limited to, studies involving biobank data.
  • Benefitted from WIN Core staff support (excluding pre-clinical team)
  • Used WIN IT computer infrastructure, such as the BMRC cluster.

If that is your case, please be sure to acknowledge the WIN and BRC funding in your papers using the guidance here.
