Information about the Newsom-Davis meeting room
The Newsom-Davis room has a board room layout. The table incorporates power points - UK 3-pin, USB-A and ethernet. The USB ports only provide power (no data connection).
Please do not connect high-wattage devices to the power points - they cannot provide more than 3A (approximately 80W).
The screen can be used by connecting to the in room Microsoft Teams device (see Teams Rooms).
Where you are unable to use Teams, for example because you are taking part in an externally organised Zoom meeting then there is a HDMI and USB cable located in the smaller recessed connectivity box in the table surface to allow for using the webcam/sound bar in Device Mode.
Please take care to not spill liquids into these recessed areas, liquids and electricity do not mix!
