From April 24th 2025, WIN will become the Oxford University Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging with Karla Miller as Director.

We are very pleased to announce that the Heads of Department of NDCN, Psychiatry and EP have accepted the WIN Management Board’s nomination of Karla Miller as our new Director, as Heidi steps down from the role. Karla will officially take over the directorship during our Away Day on April 24. Heidi will continue to be based in the Centre and lead her research group here.

We are also excited to announce that from April 24, we will be known as the Oxford University Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (OxCIN). Please register for the Away Day to celebrate the launch of OxCIN and learn more about the Centre’s vision for the future!

Whilst this is a period of change and new opportunities, we would like to reiterate that we have worked hard to ensure that the end of WIN funding has minimal impact on delivering our research mission. We remain fully committed to maintaining the wonderfully collaborative research environment created by the integration of facilities and groups at FMRIB, OHBA and EP. Our intention is that there will be little or no change to the daily running of the Centre.

If you would like to start using our new logo for presentations and other communications after April 24, it can be found here.
